In 2016, a group of construction industry leaders, educators, and community champions came together to address a growing concern:
Central Florida’s construction sector was booming, but the supply of skilled workers wasn’t keeping up.
Rather than wait for a solution, they chose to be the solution.
That’s how iBuild Central Florida was born—a grassroots movement to close the talent gap, elevate the construction industry, and empower individuals with the skills, support, and access they need to succeed in high-demand, high-value careers.
Today, iBuild is shaping futures, strengthening communities, and redefining what’s possible for the next generation of builders.
